How it works

At our place, where we raise dogs, it's easy to get a puppy. Check out the available puppies, reserve your choice by email, pay the purchase price, and wait for your new family member. Whether it's by air travel, our car, or personal pickup, we make sure your new pet friend gets a smooth transition.

How it works
1.
Searching for a puppy

Searching for a puppy

You’ll find the breed you want in the puppies for sale tab. For each puppy you’ll find basic information such as its date of birth, sex, chip number and expected delivery date.

Reserving a puppy

If you like the look of one of our puppies and want to make sure it will be yours, don’t hesitate to contact us. As soon as you contact us by email, we’ll let you know the cost of the ways the puppy can be delivered to you. As a rule, we list the prices of bringing the puppy to an agreed place, directly to your door, to an airport at your destination or for you to pick the puppy up in person. It is entirely up to you which option you choose. When you order your puppy, you also need to pay the purchase price.

3.
Waiting for your puppy

Waiting for your puppy

We have to follow the import conditions applicable in the given countries; for most countries the minimum import age is 4 months. As you wait for your puppy, you need to prepare the essentials for it, such as a bed, food and bowls. All the information you need can be found in the “How to care for your puppy” section. While you’re waiting for the puppy, our veterinarian will issue a passport, inoculate and deworm the puppy, and we will also draw up the transport documentation. If you are interested in seeing how your puppy is growing, ask us to send you videos or photos.

Transporting your puppy

How our puppies are transported depends on the individual needs of each customer. Our puppies generally travel out from Prague airport by air, in our air-conditioned car, or customers can come to our breeding station in person. When travelling by air, puppies are carried in special crates approved for air transport. They have access to food and water and are looked after by trained staff for the duration of the flight. Everything is planned to ensure the puppy is stressed as little as possible during the journey. Along with your puppy, you’ll receive a transport box, the feed the puppy is used to, and a passport with the transport documents. If it is more appropriate to transport the puppy by car, we are able to deliver it in a specially modified vehicle approved for carrying dogs by the State Veterinary Administration. As the future owner, you can of course come and pick up your puppy from us, so you’ll have the chance to get to know its parents a bit better.

Arrival at the new home

Arrival at the new home

After the journey from the airport you puppy should stay at a temperature of 19-22 degrees Celsius. Before it arrives, please carefully read our manual, “How to care for your puppy”. The puppy needs to be checked by your vet within 3 days of arriving at your house. If you’ve opted for a different form of transport, you also need to keep the puppy in the appropriate temperature.

Let’s keep in contact

We will of course help you out with the arrival of your new family member and will do our best to answer any questions you might have. We will also be glad to receive any information and photos of your pets.
